How Mystery Scoops Work - FAQ

How Mystery Scoops Work 🔮✨

Welcome to Scoop Around and Find Out! — where the surprise comes to YOU. If you're new here (hey TikTok & Facebook fam! 👋), here's everything you need to know before you place your first order.

🥄 How Does It Work?

It's simple, fun, and completely random — here's the process:

  1. You place your order. Pick your scoop size and check out. That's it — your job is done! 🎉
  2. We do the scooping — on camera. We film the entire scooping process so you can watch exactly how your mystery haul is determined. No tricks, no secrets — just pure random magic. 🎥
  3. The beads decide your haul. Each bead in our collection represents a specific real product. Whatever beads land in your scoop determine exactly which products you'll receive.
  4. We pack and ship your actual products. You don't receive beads — you receive the real items that your scoop revealed. Think of it like a raffle, but you always win something great. 🎁

📦 What Could I Receive?

Every bead in our collection maps to a real product — from everyday favorites to rare, high-value surprises. The bigger your scoop, the more items you could unlock. Exact items in the collection rotate with each drop, so there's always something new to discover.
